Where are we located?

We are 4 friends that love to work together. While we are in different locations we can still lash together. Patty is located in Sandy Springs. Anastasia is located in Norcross. Noelle is located in Perimeter. Samantha is located in Norcross. When you select to book with us you will be redirected to our different booking sites.

How do I sign up for the membership?

Customers should book the appropriate appointment with their desired lash artist. When you come in for your appointment your lash artist will give you paperwork to sign and will setup your account for our membership program.

What if my desired lash artist is not available?

Customers can use their membership credits with any of our lash artists dispite the artists location.

Who will hold my membership?

Memberships will be processed by Baruch Lash Group. When you come in for your refill appointment your stylist will apply your credit towards your service.

What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are single or multi-dimensional faux mink hair like fibers. The fibers are attached 1 to 1 (1 faux mink fiber to 1 natural lash).

How long does a service take?

Each service is different. Your service depends on how many natural lashes you have and how many artificial lashes need to be applied. Full sets are 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Refills are 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The higher the frequency in which you return for your refills the quicker you service will be. Refills are at 2 to 3 week intervals and 40-50% returning retention.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please come to your appointment with a clean/makeup free face (no oils, no foundation, no mascara, no eyeliners nor gels). Refrain from drinking caffeine and be ready to relax. Yes you can bring ear pods, take off your shoes and get as comfortable as you like.

How long do they last?

People lose an average of 3 to 5 natural lashes per eye per day. As your natural lashes cycle out of your lash line the artificial lash will cycle out with it. A refill is needed every 2-3 weeks to keep lashes full and natural lashes healthy. The greater the gap between appointments the more lashes your artists has to remove and replace (grown out lashes must be removed to maintain healthy natural lashes).

How do I care for my lashes?

Caring for your lashes is very important. You must wash your lashes daily with an approved lash cleanser. Stay away from waterproof and oil based products. Your artist will educate you on your dos and dont’s during your appointment.
